bbw (Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft) is the educational institute for the Bavarian economy. Due to our activities as service provider for Bavarian and German companies (training courses, consulting services), we know first-hand about the need of many companies in highly qualified employees and motivated trainees. With our experience in international projects in 30 countries on 4 continents for over 30 years, we have the expertise to guide you through the migration process.

1. Information:

3. Selection
Job interview, selection and signing the contract of employment or traineeship with the company (*if you fit the specific demand of a company)
4. Migration process:
- German language: courses and official exams (B2 certificate required)
- administrative tasks (translation & recognition of documents). Please note: It’s possible that additional training courses upon arrival are required in order to get the professional license in Germany.
- visa process and transit to Germany
